1. Services

Barista Training Lab provides professional coffee education, including barista training classes, in-home training, and business consulting services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made through our website or approved booking platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time or failure to attend a scheduled session are non-refundable. In certain circumstances, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.

4. In-Home Training

For in-home training services, clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for instruction. Barista Training Lab is not responsible for pre-existing equipment issues, electrical limitations, or water quality concerns related to home setups.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, class materials, and instructional content, is the property of Barista Training Lab and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Barista Training Lab is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in our classes or services, including but not limited to equipment use, hot liquids, or physical activity. Clients participate at their own risk.
