Refund Policy

At Barista Training Lab, we value your time and ours. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking a class or service.

Classes and Training Sessions

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class or training session. When canceled within this timeframe, clients may receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their class or training session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. While late cancellations are not eligible for refunds, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion depending on availability.

In-Home Training and Business Services

Due to scheduling and preparation requirements, in-home training and business consulting services are non-refundable once booked. If advance notice is provided, we may offer rescheduling based on availability.

Missed Sessions

Failure to attend a scheduled class or service without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or credit.

Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be issued in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of Barista Training Lab, such as unforeseen emergencies or instructor cancellations.
